日間服務單位防疫措施**
(針對新型冠狀病毒COVID-19)

任何人士進入單位時必須:

  • 1. 佩戴外科口罩(請帶備替換口罩)
  • 2. 以酒精搓手液潔手
  • 3. 量度體溫
  • 4. 填寫訪客記錄,以便有需要時由衞生防護中心跟進。包括姓名、聯絡電話、探訪日期,身體狀況及進出單位時間

 

以下人士請勿進入服務單位:

  • - 正接受檢疫或醫學監察或回港後須自我監測的人士
  • - 被納入強制檢測公告並正等候結果的人士
  • - 同住人士正接受家居檢疫
  • - 出現如發燒、呼吸道感染徵狀或突然喪失味覺/嗅覺人士

 

其他:

  • - 活動場地內嚴禁飲食
  • - 為符合場地規例及要求,請按照場內標示及工作人員指示保持適當社交距離。
  • - 非服務使用者不鼓勵逗留在服務單位內
  • - 如任何人士曾經入院,進入有關單位前
  • 1. 提供進出有關單位前72小時內的2019 冠狀病毒病核酸檢測陰性結果證明;或
  • 2. 在家自我觀察最少7天,並須先獲得單位主管同意才進出有關單位。

 

**預防措施參考2021年6月18日社會福利署給院舍探訪安排及2021年5月10日衛生防護中心的建議制定,並將按相關部門指引更新。

Additional Infection Control Measures for Day Service Units**

 

(For COVID-19)

Visitors before enter service unit:

  • 1. wear surgical mask (also bring along spare masks)
  • 2. use alcohol-based handrub
  • 3. check body temperature
  • 4. fill up health declaration form, follow up by Centre for Health Protection if necessary. Including name, contact number, date of visit, health condition and time of entering and leaving the institution

 

People are not permitted for visits include:

  • - under quarantine order or medical surveillance; visited overseas who are currently required to undergo compulsory quarantine and compulsory testing
  • - in contact with confirmed case of COVID-19 under home confinement or pending result
  • have fever, upper respiratory tract symptoms, new loss of taste or smell or diarrhea

 

Others:

  • - Eating and drinking is not allowed in the venue
  • - In compliance with venue restrictions and requirements, please follow notices in the venue and the instructions of staffs to maintain social distance
  • - Non-service users are not encouraged to stay in the service unit
  • - People who discharged from hospital should either

1. present a negative test report for a COVID-19 nucleic acid test within 72 hours before entering in the service unit, or

2. self-observation at home for at least 7 days, and obtain the consent of the unit supervisor before entering the relevant unit

 

**Preventive measures were made references from SWD' s hostel visit arrangement on 18 June 2021, and the recommendations of Centre for Health Protection on 10 May 2021, and will be updated in accordance with relevant departmental guidelines.
