條件及細則

• 若參加者帳戶及貼文設定為不公開，則必須將已上載的照片screenshot以訊息傳送《我們的故事+1+1》的Instagram或Facebook頁。
• 照片內容須包括展場上的作品，遠近照不拘，上載形式以帖文或限時動態皆可。
• 參加者提交的照片及標題將用作活動記錄及宣傳，並有機會由主辦單位在社交媒體上直接轉載，及/或刊載於主辦單位對外發佈的宣傳素材，包括並不限於傳媒、網站、刊物及各宣傳平台等。
• 每位參加者可以多張照片參加活動，但「派星」活動只以一位作準。
• 活動宣傳照所示之陶瓷星星僅供參考，並非實際將派發的樣式。陶瓷星星作品以隨機方式派發。數量有限，先到先得，每個人（帳戶）只限換領一件作品，派完即止，不設退換。
• 主辦單位將聯絡「派星」的參加者，於指定期間到藝想展覽館領取作品。倘若於2022年12月2日之前未獲主辦單位聯絡，則表示換領名額已滿，未能為你安排作品換領，恕不另行通知。
• 主辦單位保留對是次活動之條款及細則的最終解釋權，並有權接受或拒絕任何參加者。
• 主辦單位保留是次活動之最終決定權，活動如有更改，恕不另行通告。
• 主辦單位向閣下收集的個人資料將用作聯絡用途。個人資料的提供純屬自願。主辦單位將有關個人資料保存60天。有關查詢可電郵([email protected])至藝想。

Terms and Conditions

• Participants whose accounts and posts have been set as private must send a screenshot of their uploaded photo to the Instagram or Facebook page of "Our Stories +1+1" through direct message
• Photo must include artworks at the exhibition venue, it can be close-ups or wide shots and can be uploaded as posts or stories.
• Photos and captions submitted by the participant may be used for documentation and promotional purposes. They may be reposted by the organizer on its social media platforms, and/or used in publicities, including but not limited to press, social media, website, publications and other promotional platforms.
• Each participant may participate in the activity with multiple photos, but only one artwork will be given to one participant
• The ceramic star as shown on the event publicity is for reference only and does not reflect the actual artworks to be given away. Artwork pieces will be allocated randomly and on a first-come-first-served basis while artworks last. Each recipient is entitled to one piece of work only and the artwork is non-exchangeable.
• St. James' Creation will contact you to collect the artwork at the St. James' Creation Gallery within a specified period. If you have not been contacted on or before December 2, 2022, you may assume that the giveaway has reached its maximum quota and we are unable to allocate an artwork to you.
• St. James' Creation reserves the final right to interpret all terms and conditions mentioned herein, and absolute discretion to accept or reject any registration.
• St. James' Creation reserves the right to determine and alter the logistics of this activity, with or without advance notice.
• The personal data collected from you will be used to contact you. The provision of personal data is voluntary. We will retain the personal data collected from you for 60 days. For enquiries, please email St. James' Creation at [email protected].
